What makes Odyssey different?
We’re not mass producers of tours. Each trip is unique and planned; designed and crafted specifically with and for you.
We discuss your trip objectives and only then do we, collaboratively, plan your tour. Then we’re in touch with your participants by phone and email, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Personal Connection – Here AND There:
About 4-6 weeks prior to the trip we hold an in-person parlor meeting to meet with your participants. During the meeting we review a full list of details, from cell phones to converters to changing money, etc.
Next, during the trip we are with you 24/7! Rather than offer “ground support service” from an unknown and questionably reliable office overseas, an Odyssey staff member will be on the trip every step of the way. Anything unforeseen will be taken care of.
We do this because our participants feel more comfort and confident about the trip knowing that the people at Odyssey – whom they’ve gotten to know over the prior six months – will be with them each day, on the bus, and at each site to take care of whatever they need!
